1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fp999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using the fp999 platform ("User", "you", "your").

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on fp999. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

• Valid email address
• Correct date of birth
• Correct contact information

Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fp999 reserves the right to verify identity at any time when required. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your fp999 account is entirely your responsibility. It is your duty to keep your account login details confidential and to protect them from unauthorised use.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your account details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the fp999 support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is prohibited.

You will be responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access occurred and that fp999 was notified of this in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at fp999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 by any method.

Deposits are generally processed instantly. Delays may occur due to network or payment provider issues, for which fp999 is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification or other security checks are in progress.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. In exceptional cases, fp999 may allow an alternative arrangement.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on fp999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). fp999 itself does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fp999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• All eligible games can be played using the bonus balance.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• There is a set time limit for completing wagering requirements. If the time limit expires, the bonus may be cancelled.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.

5.4 Right to Modify Promotions

fp999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions and bonus terms at any time. For changes affecting an ongoing bonus, users will be notified in advance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Once all bets on fp999 are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet is flagged as void due to a technical error. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with fp999's established policy.

6.2 System Errors

Payouts or bonuses credited incorrectly due to a software or system error will not be considered valid. fp999 reserves the right to correct any funds arising from such errors from account balances.

6.3 Responsible Betting

All bets must be placed using the user's own judgment and with full awareness. fp999 does not guarantee any specific outcome or winnings. Gaming is for entertainment purposes only.

7 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

fp999 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Playing games via bots or automated methods
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Placing artificial bets against each other to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse)
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of chargeback or payment fraud
• Money laundering or handling of illegal funds
• Colluding with other players to harm the platform

fp999 monitors all accounts and reserves the right to take appropriate action if suspicious activity is detected.

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or violation of the terms and conditions

In any circumstance, fp999's maximum liability shall be limited to the actual deposit amount made by the user during the three months preceding the relevant dispute.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 fp999's Rights

fp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Providing false information or attempting fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

12.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting fp999 support. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account, as withdrawing a balance after account closure may become complicated.

13 Changes & Amendments

fp999 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
